This was our first visit to Guatemala and to lake Atitlan. We pleasantly surprised of the ammenities of this hotel. It has parking, two elevators and the suite had an amazing view of the lake. Beautiful during the mornings and afternoons! The pool area was really nice and we reserved a slot at the hot tub during our last night. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast buffet during the weekends. The rest of our stay during weekdays we ate here with a la carte options and the options were also very good. The restaurant area is also very nice and the staff was very friendly. We had a couple of tours booked and the docks to the boats were only a few minutes away, walking distance. The hotel has nearby stores, local shops and easy access. The staff was very nice and extremely helpfull at all times. Just one minor detail that it was difficult to exchage USD to local currency if bills were torn, ripped or had a slight fade. The front desk lady said the banks won't accept them. Understandable and fortunately, the hotel had an ATM in the front where we were able to withdraw money in local currency. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent option!

I love the hotel. This is my second stay in one year. The rooms are clean, with a great view since the windows all towards the lake and the volcanoes. The beds are comfortable and large. The food is excellent. The pool is large and clean. The hotel is located near the shore and Santander street, which is a very important street. The hotel has special activities for children. They have marimba at the restaurant in the mornings and live music at night. The staff is very cordial and they go out of their way to assist you. This time was a bit uncomfortable because they are remodeling the main entrance so we had to use the stairs one floor. However it was well arranged and they had free coffee and water in the lobby which is a temporary one.

The view was amazing. We were hoping for a room in the middle of the hotel because then you can see all three volcanoes. We were on the top floor but to the right, so we were only able to see two. But still spectacular. We inadvertently left our passports in our room. The general manager, Raul, was amazing in organizing a courier to safely return them to us when we were in Antigua. And, at no charge! He absolutely went above and above beyond.

This hotel has a nice view on the lake and volcanos. It is near the lake and the main shopping street. Room is very spacious and you have everything that you need. You can chill on the balcony and embrace the nice view. We liked to swim in the pool and to stay in jaccuzzi. Miguel was very nice and made us very tasty coctails at the pool bar.

- I loved the exceptional views of the San Pedro Volcano and the lake from the room balcony, along with the well-manicured grounds - Facilities were as expected for a four-star hotel and were clean and well maintained - The room was very spacious. - Room service was efficient, friendly, and affordable.
